Sir Kenneth Grange
He has been Design Director of Anglepoise since 2003. started his illustrious career as a technical illustrator while doing his National Service. Later he created He built on his reputation as an industrial product designer and together with four partners founded the company. Pentagram which is currently an international design firm with offices in the United States, Germany and London. Grange's remarkable work spans half a century and his user-focused designs of British excellence have helped shape the parameters of everyday life for many. Not just everyday household brands like Kenwood, Parker, Kodak – and of course Anglepoise - They haven't gotten the Kenneth Grange treatment, but so have the 125 Intercity train, the Royal Mail regional mailbox and the latest London Black Taxi.
