Sebastian Bergne
Sebastian Bergne installed He set up his design studio in London after graduating from the Royal College of Art in 1990. Since then, he has created an impressive body of work, ranging from corkscrews to teapots, frying pans and pencil-style dice. It has collaborated with manufacturers such as Authentics, Tefal, MUJI, Habitat, De Beers, Moulinex, Gaia & Gino and Vitra.
Bergne's work displays less of a characteristic style, more of a search for new appropriate solutions to various design problems, whether working on custom projects or anonymous consumer products. His achievements have been widely recognized with international design awards, frequent publications, exhibitions and inclusion in permanent collections such as the Museum of Modern Art (New York) and the Design Museum (London). Bergne shares his knowledge and experience through guest lectures, lectures, and jury participation.
